Rune Coach By Derpthemeus (NA) and Skye3 (NA)

We saw a bunch of entries that focused on telling you which runes you should use, however our favorite was Rune Coach. They give a comprehensive guide of all of the runes and how each one will change your gameplay. An elegant marriage of quantitative data and qualitative analysis, we really love this project.

Runic Insight By Vexrax (NA) and Earleking (NA)

Runic Insight did a great job of breaking down how we play the game with current runes, and recommended possibly better runes. We loved the approach here and can’t wait to see more.

Forge Wizard By SKT T1 FEED3R (EUW) and ðemoń (EUW)

The Forge Wizard team blew us away with the amount of features in their project. The combination of teaching new users how use runes and pro players sharing their experiences is a great idea. With features like offline mode, rune sharing, detailed rune changelog and more we absolutely can see ourselves using this app in the future. We chose Forge Wizard as the winner in this category because of a clear and easy to digest presentation which we believe will be the most usable/practical for players.

CounterPick.gg By I AM A MEME (NA)

CounterPick.gg does an excellent job of helping players determine what builds to use. We are especially happy to see multiple different playstyles represented. This project provides excellent player value and we can't wait to use it more.
